    Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor,
    productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set by the Operations Department. The
    experienced operations manager will ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative
    on customer issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information
    flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to
    expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable
    laws.


    Operations manager duties and responsibilities may include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new
    and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee's
    performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation
    and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the branch manager.


    Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of
      improvement or revision.
    • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
    • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change
      control processes.
    • Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
    • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
    • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenue
    • The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask.
    • Proven experience supervising departments of 15 employees.
    • Collaborates with home office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce
      positive morale, and uphold company values.
    • Collaborates with transitions and onboarding team as needed.
    • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity
      involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
    • Manage the daily activities of assigned portfolio sites to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, and all public spaces.
    • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality,
      customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
    • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business
      lines, and external vendors.
    • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
    • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
    • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance
      functions within the firm are being properly executed.
    • Coordinate, schedule and perform all special project work for assigned building.
