Our Assistant Branch Managers play a vital role by providing a full range of banking services to individual customers, with emphasis on personal financial counseling, lending, customer service and the ability to support all customers in person or virtually and are responsible for working as an active member of the branch office sales/service team and providing support related to the day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services of the Bank. They assist the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support office operations as assigned and supports the team in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Requirements
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or General Banking Diploma preferred. Training in customer service and sales needed.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; excellent interpersonal relations skills; proficient PC skills; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a proficient knowledge of the banking systems, transaction documents, knowledge of vault transactions and balancing; a working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services; proficient Microsoft Office skills; possess problem solving skills.
Experience: A minimum of 4 or more years' experience in a related position normally required.
