Due to current, as well as projected growth are currently seeking a self-motivated, outgoing Office Administrator to join our Syracuse, NY based team . The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer service, a commitment to integrity and be a team focused mentality.

As an Office Administrator You Will:

• Answer phones and respond to incoming inquiries
• Perform data entry functions as needed for Management
• Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
• Assist with filing, and maintaining a clean and organized work facility
• Completing accounting functions for the company such as; billing and invoicing
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, Microsoft suite experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• The ability to work as a team player, be goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong organizational and time management skills
