Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator with automotive accounting experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the administrative efficiency of our dealership while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process financial transactions related to automotive sales, service, and parts.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
• Previous experience in automotive accounting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in office software and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive industry operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
