Your role:
This ‘Systems Administrator’ technical position on the BetaNXT UNIX support team is responsible for supporting multiple AIX 400 operating systems and environments. This role will require a strict adherence to best practices as our systems are required to be highly available, scalable, and secure. A focus on system availability, system reliability, and maintainability is critical for success of the BetaNXT business.
About the Team
Reporting to the Manager Unix Support, the successful candidate will become part of a team of IT professionals that provides support to a large corporate computing infrastructure, critical BetaNXT IT systems, and BetaNXT products where our UNIX systems technologies are a critical component of the infrastructure.

Rotational shift position. 24X7 on-call support required and on a rotating basis. Weekend/holiday work may be necessary during special projects. Must demonstrate a self-motivated behavior as well as a willingness to work as part of a team. Communication skills are of utmost importance.
