Trend Moving & Storage is looking for a well-organized and motivated Marketing Administrator to join our team. A marketing administrator is responsible for assisting the marketing operations of Trend Moving & Storage. You will be responsible for promoting the company's services to our expanding market. You will also be increasing brand popularity on digital and social media platforms. We need a positive thinker and someone who works well on a growing, everchanging team.

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support Marketing Director in organizing various projects
• Prepare and Delivery Promotional materials when needed
• Comfortable networking and generating business relationships and leads
• Must have experience with Word & Excel
• Business Development & Social Outreach
• Have a positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to adapt well and work in an evolving environment
• Have high attention to detail
