LNHA (Administrator)-Nursing Home

A beautiful, skilled long term care nursing home located near Albany, NY is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

*Salary: $130K-$170K per year (depending on experience)*

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Must have a current New York State LNHA Certification
• Must possess basic computer skills, including e-mail use
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Proven Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding resident & TGHS proprietary information
• Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with Residents & staff at all levels
