Job Summary:  This position is responsible for being the primary contact for support of all IT related systems & issues. 

Key Roles:  

• Manage and resolve IT tickets in a timely and accurate manner with proper documentation.   
• Configure & setup laptops/desktops. 
• Manage and maintain the security of IT servers, systems, and services. 
• User education and training. 

Essential Duties: 

• Primary support for troubleshooting and maintenance of all software, computers, and printers. 
• Support, troubleshoot and maintain internal LAN and wireless network technologies. 
• Perform hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. 
• Manage Active Directory, Windows Workstations & Windows Servers. 
• Maintain and manage security of our dealer management software (Karmak Fusion). 
• Oversee phone system and cell phones. 
• Office 365 Administration and Support. 
• Assist with creation and modification of reports within the Karmak FRW reporting tool. 
• Assist with documentation of policies and procedures. 

• Provide individual instruction and training to users on new or updated technologies. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Detail oriented and highly organized. 
• Ability to prioritize IT tickets and plan daily activities accordingly. 
• Ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities. 
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Ability to articulate complex IT concepts in easy-to-understand terms. 
• The work performed is to be in a professional manner in accordance with or exceeding company standards.  
• Solid Troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. 
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude toward customers and fellow employees. 

Education and Experience: 

• 2-year degree in computer science, information technology and/or 2-3 years related experience  
• Prior working experience with Karmak Fusion and/or Karmak FRW software a plus 
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Windows desktops a must. 
• Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues. 
• Additional certifications including ITIL, CompTIA, A and/or Network are a plus. 
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Freshservice or other IT support software a plus. 

Physical Environments: 

• This is an on-site position with occasional remote work. 
• Primarily office area but may need to enter shop and work in areas that require hearing and eye protection.
