GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Information Technology Systems Administrator’s role is administration of the organization’s client-side computer equipment and supporting backend systems infrastructure. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years of hands-on administration experience of Server and Client-side systems required.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud applications and Windows based application software
- Experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Cisco VOIP technologies.
- Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of core technologies, including Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, and Meraki.
