UNIX Systems Administrator, Sr. jobs in Oklahoma City, OK

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a local company that is looking to add a Systems Administrator to its team. Compensation for this role is $55k.

Skills you'll need:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in Help Desk and/or Desktop Support.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, or willingness to learn.
• Highly organized with the ability to work with employees and Senior Directors.
• Open to learning new skills and taking on diverse projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Windows.
• Experienced in setting up conferencing equipment, handling AV equipment, and configuring phones.
• Experience with Thin Clients and SharePoint is not required but preferred.

What you'll do:

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and licensing issues and repair or replace damaged hardware promptly to minimize downtime.
• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft and Adobe.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
