POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for performing Ultrasound procedures for use by physicians in the diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs. Receives directron from: Ultrasound Coordinator, Radiology Manager.

EDUCATION:

RDMS Registered or Registry Eligible.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 or more years' experience required.
• Working experience with Ultrasound Machines and oxygen tanks.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

CPR Certification

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Working knowledge of Ultrasound procedures and protocols.
• Working knowledge of Ultrasound equipment and safety hazards.
• Able to concentrate and pay close attention to details when performing Ultrasound exams.
• Computer and office equipment.
• Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
