Job Details:
Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required. Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues is required. Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) if preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
- Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
- Escalates customer issue appropriately.
- Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal/external teams.
- Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
- Imaging and installation of software onto devices.
Skill
- Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Experience troubleshooting basic desktop/laptop hardware/software issues
- Experience provisioning equipment with MS SCCM
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
