Decides on appropriate premium rates and issues coverage. Being an Underwriter (P/C) provides customer services regarding underwriting processes and decisions. May communicate with field agents to gather additional information or to explain underwriting decisions. Additionally, Underwriter (P/C) typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Underwriter (P/C) work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     • Previous PC Deployment Experience a plus.
    • Previous experience supporting, troubleshooting and/ or installing (updating) hardware, software, workstations, monitors and other various peripherals.
    • Previous experience imaging / configuring new PC’s. 
    • Strong knowledge of MS Windows / Microsoft Office 365. 
    • Experience migrating data, installing software, and troubleshooting software, network connectivity, and wireless connectivity. 
    • Asset inventory and tracking. 
    • Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills. 
    • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. 
    • Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment
