Position Summary
The Trainer is responsible supporting the JCCS service line in Tax. The Trainer will develop training programs, materials, and interactive assessment exercises that drive efficiency and consistency in all aspects of accounting procedures, regulatory standards, and application of various software technology. Training will ensure compliance with Tax Quality Standards as well as all applicable regulatory bodies.
The Trainer is responsible for developing and facilitating training in live and virtual environments; with travel to teach at all branch locations, as needed. The Trainer is responsible for working in collaboration with the A&A Service Line Director and CLO in all program planning. All training programs should be designed to meet NASBA CPE Standards and documentation requirements.
