Summary :

ThePC Support Specialist is an intermediate IT technical position with2 years related experience in a technical or business role workingin a team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining andsupporting the end users and workstation environment at a specificlocation or potentially multiple manufacturing plants.

The positionprovides installation maintenance and general support of hardwareand software at a Tier 2 Level. It also supports end users withadvanced questions or problems by identifying researching andresolving technical problems in response to submitted supportrequests.

The Digital and IT Analyst is responsible for documentingtracking and monitoring problems to ensure timelyresolution.

Your Role :

On Site Point of contact (POC) for IT Support withinternal and external customers.

Communicate proceduresfor proper utilization of digital and IT solutions.

Assist in onboarding and training new employees / users.

Ability to communicate lead projects and perform critical analysisunder limited supervision.

Understand how applicationsand technologies are utilized within the business.

Participate in multiple teams / projects demonstrate complexproblemsolving techniques along with the understanding of one ormore technical / functional business areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.

2years experience in Information Technology with industry recognizedcertifications preferred.

VMWare experience.

Experience managing Enterprise backup processes andsoftware.

Active Directory knowledge.

Robustunderstanding and heavy experience with DHCP DNS GPO and other keytechnical connectivity protocols.

Excellent written andoral communication skills.

Customer servicefocused.

Good organizational and multitaskingskills.

Ability to effectively collaborate with multipleteams.

Provide afterhour technical support asneeded.

Experience with Azure DevOps.
