Underwriter (P/C) jobs in Vineland, NJ

Beyond A Resume seeks a PC Cooker with Food industry experience for our Biotech client in Millville, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing PC production equipment and machines.
• Batch, weigh and verify raw materials used for producing PC.
• Operate kettles and equipment to process raw materials into finished product.
• Upward communicate any mechanical issues with machinery and/or kettles or related parts.
• Monitor and maintain all specifications of PC production process.
• Collect samples of finished product for QC testing.
• Perform CPS consistency tests of finished PC product.
• Document procedures daily in process book.
• Fill out associated paperwork and batch records daily.
• Ensure conformance to product specifications, cGMP’s and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds over head.
• Production experience in food related industry required.
• cGMP and safety regulations exp preferred.
• Forklift Certification a plus
• High school degree or equivalent

Note: You will train on day shift for a few months and switch to night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
