Position Overview:

Join the dynamic team at Sorin Medical as a Remote Patient Monitoring Agent, We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Remote Patient Monitoring Agents. As a Remote Patient Monitoring Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients through remote monitoring technology, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient data and alerts in real-time using our remote monitoring platform.
• Communicate with patients via phone or video calls to provide support and guidance as needed.
• Escalate urgent issues to appropriate healthcare professionals for further evaluation and intervention.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their caregivers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service-related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
