This position will create a roadmap of planned future changes and partner with engineering, business analysts and underwriting business teams to bring product roadmap features to life.

Education and/or Experience
Graduate Degree in Computer Science, business or equivalent work-related experience of seven (7) years.
Solid understanding of ISO, AAIS, NCCI and independent bureau products.
Extensive understanding of carrier reporting requirements and policy requirements.
Solid understanding of property and casualty rates, rules and forms, and various pricing programs.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Agile frameworks.
Knowledge of Large Deductible and Retrospective Programs a plus.
Knowledge of claims needs from policies a plus.
Spanish speaking a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficient computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Professional designations or certifications preferred.
