FCCI is seeking a talented insurance professional to serve as a Team Lead for our Agribusiness Underwriting Technicians. Responsibilities include workload coordination, quality assurance reviews, new teammate on-boarding, providing weekly reporting and serving as a back up to the supervisor. In this role you will also perform Underwriting Technician responsibilities.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Sarasota, FL or in our satellite office in Lake Mary, FL and is eligible for our hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Experience

• High School Diploma required.
• Four years of relevant experience working in an insurance rating environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology.
• Strong knowledge of all lines of coverage, rating rules, procedures, and production systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement and decision-making.
• Ability to identify system rating calculations, errors and omissions.
