Century Linen & Uniform is looking for a Production Supervisor to help run our Balzano Plant! 

This position is located at our 125 Balzano Dr. Johnstown, NY 12095 Location 

1st Shift Production Supervisor - 5:00am-1:30pm M-F Every other Sat.    

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Must have previous Production Supervisory Experience. 
• Must have the ability to lead a team and hold team members accountable.
• Must have demonstrated great performance and attendance. 
• Supervises all aspects of the production process to Minimize OT, Optimizes Productivity & Controls Operating Expenses. 
• Trains employees on production equipment, being aware and addressing when additional training is needed. 
• Assign employees to work in areas of the plant as required for an efficient production process. 
• Leads & motivates the team with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE! (Must be able to speak during team meetings and huddles) 
• Understand the workflow of assigned areas and how it impacts the sequence of production.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with team members, managers, and HR. 
• Supervise the work of lead personnel to ensure that work is always supplied and available to team members to maximize production. 
• Maintain a safe work environment.
