    Uniform Design Specialist


    Job Description Summary

    This role involves accurately inputting pricing information (including updates), uniform details, and other relevant data into our system. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure our information is up-to-date and readily accessible. In addition, you will play a key role in obtaining missing information from sales reps. This may involve reaching out via phone or email to gather necessary details such as availability, timelines, or customization options. 


    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Successfully and accurately transfer quotes from our sales team into the company's database. This includes entering pricing information, product details, and other relevant data. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is crucial for this task.
    • Work with internal departments to obtain missing information. In cases where the received quotes are incomplete or missing certain information, the Uniform Design Specialist will proactively contact the appropriate parties to obtain the necessary details. This may involve contacting them via email or phone to clarify specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, or any other missing information.
    • Work on time-sensitive projects that must be completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
    • Thoroughly review each project before submitting it to sales reps for review.
    • Accurately and consistently update project notes.
    • Move projects to their respective location after the entries are completed.
    • Digitally build uniforms into our customer’s online store.


    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
    • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Complete a pre-employment drug screen (excludes THC) and background check.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent)
    • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
    • Previous experience in uniform design is a plus.
