ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Store Manager at our Bluffton, SC location. As the Assistant Store Manager you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the store which includes achieving sales & profitability goals and loss prevention. Ensure a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involve product knowledge and personal assistance.

The Position Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Maintain the highest level of store presentation standards.
• Hire and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Opening and closing store.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience required and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
• Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Flexible work schedule; open availability needed/preferred.
• Some heavy lifting and ability to stand during the majority of shift.
