The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager and interfaces frequently with other departments including Safety, Quality, Maintenance and Human Resources.Responsibilities include but not limited to the following.

- Able to enforce plant rules and safety regulations.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues, achieve goals, and maximize resources.
- Handles all employee disciplinary issues, recommends action to take based on company’s disciplinary policy.
Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Previous supervisory experience with strong leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills- ability to think and act strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Detailed oriented with great time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
