    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    · Availability to work 1st shift (7am-3:30pm).

    · Required: High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent

    · Preferred: Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.

    · Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or related field

    · Preferred: 2 years’ experience in related field

    · Preferred: Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills

    · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

    · Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

    · Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

    · Acute attention to detail

    · Proficient on Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel

    · Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    · Strong interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

    · Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

    · Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

    · Experience with Infor or another ERP System

    · Must be able to sign and abide by Company’s employee manual and confidentiality agreement.

    · Required to successfully complete a background check, job physical and drug screening.

    · Must be able to work well with others that may be offering assistance.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    · Plans and establishes production orders for a wide variety of manufacturing departments involving diversified piece parts, assemblies, or tooling to conform with master production schedules.

    · Ensures proper allocation to work center, load, capacity, and efficient utilization of equipment to include forecast planning.

    · Monitors and tracks material inventories, production progress, and other factors that affect schedules.

    · Modifies and adapts production orders and schedules; issues order changes to accommodate revisions, cancellations, or priorities.

    · Interfaces with all appropriate departments/staff in schedule creation, progress updates, problem analysis, and corrective action recommendations.

    · Prepares all required reports, paperwork, and correspondence.

    · Develops Job Packets in alignment with Production needs.

    · Updates production orders to report status.

    · Monitors and updates production material safety stock, reorder points, minimum/maximum production amount.

    · Works with other departments to monitor and update Bill of Materials and Routings for production material.

    · Assists Purchasing with prioritization of order placement.

    · Ensure all packets have proper corresponding documentation per the schedule and that the packet is given out to the proper departments.

    · Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.

    · On-going communication with all departmental personnel to ensure a common understanding of production packets and the schedule.

    · Ensure all packets are made and presented 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date determined by scheduling.

    · Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
