Our Customer Care User Acceptance Tester is part of the UAT Team. This team focuses on defining system requirements and enhancements, testing changes before they are released into production, and documenting and communicating changes to Customer Care and other business partners. The User Acceptance Tester evaluates system updates prior to launch to help drive accuracy and quality. As the last phase before system releases, the User Acceptance Tester makes sure our systems can handle all required tasks in real-world scenarios, according to specifications. The User Acceptance Tester will help bring clarity to requirements, communicate to both technical and non-technical team members, ensure identified defects are properly triaged, and help resolve all issues and defects found. As a system and product SME, the User Acceptance Tester is a relied upon resource in Customer Care to help troubleshoot, test, and resolve system-related issues and complexities.
