  • As a bilingual content strategist at VisionCor Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in working with our banking client to tailor Bilingual customer experiences through original content design, quality control of vendor-translated content, and developing best practices in digital customer journeys. There is a potential-to-hire for this opportunity. Your primary responsibilities include:

    • Planning, designing, and creating digital content strategies to meet user needs and support business goals across website and mobile applications.
    • Providing strategic content recommendations and writing/editing support for various projects.
    • Building collaborative relationships with product managers, UX partners, and stakeholders across different departments.
    • Leveraging data, user research, and testing to inform content decisions.
    • Organizing content into logical taxonomies and employing information architecture and UX design best practices.
    • Ensuring all content is clear, easy to understand, and complies with legal and compliance requirements.
    • Performing content inventories, audits, and gap analysis.
    • Collaborating with other UX content strategists to develop and maintain content style guides, voice and tone guidelines, and governance documentation.
    • Facilitating content critiques, workshops, and advising partners on content execution.
    • Taking an omnichannel approach to content strategy.
    • Working with executive leadership or senior staff on complex issues, larger projects, or internal relationships.
    • Helping evolve content standards and advocating for their application across the customer experience.
    • Mentoring less experienced associates.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
    • Ten (10) years of professional experience in User Experience (UX) writing, content strategy, or content design for websites or applications.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

    Preferences:

    • Knowledge of the banking industry.
    • Experience working in highly regulated industries.
    • Experience with enterprise design systems or component libraries.
    • Proficiency in collaborative UI design tools such as InVision, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
    • Familiarity with Agile development process and associated project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

    • Ability to distill complex information into simple language.
    • Strong multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in designing content for digital experiences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • Strong organization and time management abilities.

    Job Type: Contract

    Pay: $60.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
