Job Description
We are seeking a full-time New User Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the smooth implementation of our flagship product, the Edge. Primary duties include the creation and ongoing maintenance of New User project records, initial welcoming calls to our client base and liaising between customer and corresponding internal departments. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the generation of any necessary follow up cases as related to the scope of customer needs and will assist the data conversion coordinator as assigned.
