    Responsibilities:
    • Provide first-level support for end-users of cloud applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to user access, functionality, and security concerns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to configure, maintain, and monitor cloud application environments ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
    • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of security solutions, including firewall, intrusion prevention systems, data leak prevention, virus protection, and vulnerability management.
    • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks and strengthen security measures.
    • Monitor and investigate security incidents, responding promptly to security alerts and addressing potential threats.
    • Support IT initiatives related to cloud migration, ensuring data integrity, application availability, and user access controls.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance cloud application usage efficiency, security, and performance based on industry best practices.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in cloud computing and security, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines related to cloud application usage and security protocols.
    • Communicate effectively with end-users, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language during training sessions and support interactions.
    • 40% is Performing support at levels 1, 2 and 3
    • 60% Participation and leading of project related tasks with a strong focus on IT security improvements and initiatives
    • Support Weekly IT Onboarding Sessions for new Team Members
    • Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
    • Provide technical support in-person or over chat, phone or video


    Required Qualifications:
    • Must have IT Security certifications
    • Must have ability to create flowcharts & diagrams
    • 2-years or more experience in an active SOC2 environment
    • 3-years or more experience with Google Workspace, Okta and MS365 user lifecycle management
    • 3-years or more MDM experience, preferably both Jamf and InTune
    • 2-years or more experience using Atlassian Jira SD and Confluence
    • Familiarity deploying and managing endpoint security eg. CarbonBlack
    • Experience with Automation tools & basic Scripting for Windows and Mac environment
    • 4-years Hands-on experience supporting MacOS and Windows
    • Ability to configure, build, test and deploy endpoints without supervision
    • Solid understanding of cloud security practices, protocols, and technologies
    • Experience in conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response investigations
    • Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data protection best practices
    • Familiarity with user access controls, identity and access management (IAM) solutions, and single sign-on (SSO) technologies
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
    • Tolerance for repetitive or manual tasks, with a mind for automating said tas
