• JavaScript (preferred)
• Crystal Reports and Reporting Software (preferred)
• Problem/application resolutions for end users (preferred)
• Object oriented programming, mainframe programming, and cross system data exchanges (preferred)
• Document and troubleshoot current web and network security issues and certificate authorities (preferred)

QA/Testing Approaches and Applications

• Create and main testing environment and data when needed for testing (Preferred)
• Coordinate QA User Testing activities among various state and local parties (preferred)
