Position Description
As the User Experience (UX) Designer you will be a part of the Digital Experience Team (DTX) and be responsible for designing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other tools to visualize and document the user experience. You will play a key role in conducting user experience analysis, document personas and user journeys, and recommend UX tasks within a variety of projects. You will work alongside product owners, internal creative teams and external partners to accomplish you tasks and to update and add user experience guidelines to the digital style guide.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Journalism or related field. Demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
Experience designing responsive, high-fidelity mockups with appropriate consideration to brand and style guidelines. Experience designing or participating in user research activities such as user interviews and/or usability studies. Experience creating personas, user journeys, identifying pain points, and/or recommending UX improvements. Experience contributing to user stories, self-identifying tasks during planning sessions and working in a “developer-centric” environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting Brocade switches, Windows and UNIX/Linux systems, Rubrik, Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure, M365, Point, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center, and Microsoft Server and ITIL experience a plus.
