    • Device Hardware Support: Maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots computer systems, hardware and supported peripherals. 25%
    • Software Support: Maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots, Windows & MAC Operating systems, Microsoft Office, M365, Antivirus, Google Apps (Workspace and GCP) & other standard Konica Minolta applications. 25%
    • Remote Infrastructure & Software Support: Maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots Server Hardware and Operating Systems, Antivirus Software, File shares and security permissions. 5%
    • Domain Account Administration: Supports and maintains user account information, with a working knowledge of MS AD Domain Structures, security and server administration. 5%
    • Service Desk Tier 2 Support: Provide support to our Ramsey campus, branches and field employees daily via the IT Service Management application. 20%
    • Mobile Devices: Basic support of IOS, Android, and Chromebook devices.15%
    • Documentation: Create and update procedural and instructional documentation when required. 5%
    • Perform other IT related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Responsibilities

    • Requires excellent analytical skills for researching and problem-solving.
    • Demonstrates ability to take initiative and work independently.
    • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. 
    • Should have a strong combination of skill, training, & experience in various hardware, software and networking systems being supported.
    • Basic understanding of networking principles.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Desktop\Server OS & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as MAC OS.
    • Aptitude for learning and assessing of innovative technologies.
    • Ability to analyze and identify trends in issue reporting and devising preventive solutions.
    • Assistance with creating IT communications directed to staff and\or employees.  
    • Resolving complex issues which require detailed systems and applications knowledge, especially those that have been escalated from other End User Technicians, Service Desk personnel or members of IT.
    • Logging and managing tickets assigned via the IT Service Management application.

    Qualifications

    • Occasional Travel is required.
    • Able to work onsite 3-5 days per week.
    • Able to be on-call after normal working hours and weekends as needed.
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science and two or more years of experience working with the specific types of hardware and software systems used by Konica Minolta or an equivalent 5 years of like experience.
    • Professional certifications such as the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent years of experience.
    • ITIL V2/V3 Certification (Preferred)
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
