    The Opportunity:

You know that a good application, website, or product is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface – it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As an experience designer, you put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the digital resources and applications such as SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, PowerBi, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more. We’re looking for someone creative like you to work with a team of a wide variety of stakeholders with diverse needs to craft the ultimate UX. Let's transform the way a user interacts with digital tools and resources.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the lead on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing.

You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. You’ll advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.

Help our clients meet their mission by enabling user adoption of digital tools and resources.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

    You Have:

    • Experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, visual layout, interaction design, and usability testing

    • Ability to elicit business, functional, and customer requirements to design backend microservices and process workflows

    • Ability to work with business lines and stakeholders to recognize their needs and translate the needs to development teams

    • Secret clearance

    • Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with UX analysis and design in lieu of a degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience with designing or coding responsive digital platforms

    • Experience with front-end development, 3D art, data visualization, and graphic design principles

    • Knowledge of UX strategy, content strategy, product management, service design, and UX copywriting

    • Ability to work independently, collaborate with peers, and present to stakeholders

    Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
