User Experience Developer designs web pages and develops web-based technical solutions that engage users and meet business requirements. Handles projects from conceptualization through delivery. Being a User Experience Developer develops and applies creative designs, ensuring that content meets brand standards and targets the intended audience. Uses knowledge of front-end platforms, frameworks, and languages to deliver high-quality site and application designs. Additionally, User Experience Developer tests and improves site usability while ensuring optimal performance on a variety of browsers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The User Experience Developer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Janitor II - Part Time

    1. Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
    2. Utilization of cleaning chemicals.
    3. Performance of Statement of Work for Commercial and Government Contracts.
    4. Assigns areas of cleaning of facilities and performs quality assurance.
    5. Cleans and sanitizes public and private restrooms.
    6. Cleans, sweeps, mops, washes, buffs and vacuum floors.
    7. Empties trash replacing bags.
    8. Removes recycling materials.
    9. Cleans Windows.
    10. Maintains outside walking areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways and patios as requested.
    11. Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
    12. Set up tables and chairs as requested.
    13. Replenish supplies as requested in appropriate areas.
    14. Tracks and request supplies.
    15. Wash and dry rags and mop heads.
    16. Performance of other related functions as directed by supervisor.

    Required Education and Experience

    5. One (1) year working experience with janitorial equipment.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    1. High school graduate or GED.
    2. Janitorial lead experience.

    Licenses/Work Authorization/Security Clearance

    1. Drug Screen.
    2. WSC Background checks
    3. Various Vendor background checks.
    4. Valid driver’s license with certificate of insurability (Corporate Auto Policy)
