User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Intrepid Solutions has an opening for a Liaison supporting our US Army TENCAP client.
The Liaison shall:
Serve on site at Ft. Meade for Army TENCAP to maintain broad awareness of ongoing operations and opportunities to impact requirements and missions with TENCAP provided solutions.
Serve as critical two-way bridge connecting TENCAP with the broader government agency and specific offices to share subject matter expertise and create synergies among technologies and functions.
Continuously engage with and advance Army TENCAP's strategic goals and ensure coordination, open communication, and interoperability with both supported organizations and key stakeholders at all levels.
