User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. - This role is for existing service users within CGL Thetford
- An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.
- You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community.
- This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
