As part of Trelleborg’s global IT group, the End User Training Development Specialist’s role is to uncover training needs of our end users and develop trainings, FAQs, and user guides so our employees can fully leverage the available technologies. This person is also instrumental in managing our Learning Management Systems to ensure trainings are up to date and relevant.

Job Duties:

• Identify training needs within the organization, specifically within information technology
• Plan, develop, and implements appropriate trainings for Trelleborg employees
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and materials
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to close training gaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
• 2 years of experience in training and development management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office
• Strong familiarity with tradition and modern training methods

Travel Requirement:

• Up to 10% Domestically and on occasion International as needed
