Are you skilled at building strong relationships with vendors and managing payables effectively? We are seeking a Payables and Vendor Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with vendors, managing accounts payable, and ensuring efficient payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth transactions and issue resolution.

Accounts Payable Oversight: Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and adherence to financial policies.

Payment Coordination: Coordinate and oversee timely vendor payments, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

Vendor Communication: Communicate payment terms and expectations to vendors and provide support in addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in vendor relations, accounts payable management, and payment coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
