The Support Specialist role encompasses support in various areas of hardware, software, mobile devices, networking (VPN and Citrix), system administration, licensing management, and printer support.The Computer User Support Specialist will assume a critical role in our organizational computer-related activities by guiding the technical aspects of computers and systems used by our client's users.
