User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. This position will cover business developement for the entire state.
Acts as an advocate and marketer of company services to potential referral sources and the surrounding community. The purpose of this position is to ensure referral goals are met and clinics receive appropriate referrals.
