    Scope:

    Admissions team members are responsible for assisting guests into the park. Team members are responsible for quickly and efficiently selling, verifying and scanning tickets. Providing our guests with exceptional service is of the utmost importance.

     

    Essential Duties:

    • Maintain and project a positive attitude and professional demeanor
    • Assist guests into the park. This includes:
    • Explaining pricing and promotions
    • Ringing in purchases on our POS system
    • Accepting coupons and payment, including processing credit card sales
    • Taking tickets from guests, scanning the barcode & verifying authenticity
    • Handling large sums of money accurately and efficiently
    • Making change
    • Assist guests with their season pass or Paul Bunyan Card purchases, taking photographs and issuing cards
    • Sales & daily check in of our Private Cabana Rentals
    • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 35 pounds
    • Be familiar with items sold and services offered by EFWS, CC, WEI and OFCR
    • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas
    • Work well independently and as a part of a team
    • Perform work safely in accordance with departmental safety procedures
    • Greet guests, team members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answer questions, provide direction and assist in resolving concerns
    • Exhibit a friendly, cooperative and professional demeanor
    • Must be cheerful and courteous with a natural smile
    • Must be mature, calm and not easily flustered by large crowds of guests
    • Must be well groomed, self-disciplined and willing to comply with uniform guidelines
    • Must have basic math and computer skills
    • Must have great interpersonal skills
    • Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
    • Must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
    • Previous cash handling experience preferred
