Utilization Management Director leads and directs the utilization review staff and function for a healthcare facility. Determines policies and procedures that incorporate best practices and ensure effective utilization reviews. Being a Utilization Management Director manages and monitors both concurrent reviews to ensure that the patient is getting the right care in a timely and cost-effective way and retrospective reviews after treatment has been completed. Provides analysis and reports of significant utilization trends, patterns, and impacts to resources. Additionally, Utilization Management Director consults with physicians and other professionals to develop improved utilization of effective and appropriate services. Requires a master's degree. What you can expect in this role: As Executive Director, STM Fan Travel, you will be responsible for frontline guidance and modeling of this service area that ensures efficient service delivery and meets productivity targets.

Technical Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel including pivot tables, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with Salesforce.
· GDS, internet and portal knowledge (understanding of web capabilities) preferred.
· Working knowledge of integral relationship between the GDS, mid office and back office systems.
· Working knowledge of telecommunication devices and network capabilities (voicemail, ACD systems, etc.).
Qualifications:
· BS or BA degree, equivalent educational degree or equivalent experience required.
· Minimum 7 years of Travel Management experience or equivalent required; call center management and/or travel industry background a plus.
· Proven aptitude for technology and/or software solutions and analytical skills required.
· Flexibility to travel as needed.
