Identifies opportunities for process changes and/or staff education related to documentation. Performs joint visits with clinicians to observe patient assessment skills and compliance with agency procedures. Coordinates with clinical management/education staff regarding staff educational needs and provides training and/or coaching with clinicians as directed. Participates in performance improvement initiatives as directed. Completes quality audits/special projects as directed.
