Utilization Review Manager - Home Care jobs in Greensboro, NC

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate caregivers, patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document all patient interactions and care provided

Experience:
- Familiarity with medical office standards and procedures
- Some knowledge of behavioral health and occupational health practices

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a registered nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Have Skills:
