Seeking a professional candidate for full time position as office manager (bachelor’s degree preferred) for our home health care agency located in Forest Hills, NY, to provide administration and oversight of the branch.
Successful candidate should be organized, possess the ability to handle a wide range of administrative duties as well as support tasks. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Adhere to policy and procedure, coordinate, and communicate with all staff.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the direct Supervisor for all office departments including HR, Payroll, Coordination and nursing as well as all field staff (PCA/HHA) in the branch
Coordinate the delivery of care to all clients with the quality as if you were taking care of a family member.
Maintain employee and patient files to New York State DOH standard.
Maintain open communications with all Contracts
Participate in patient care conferences throughout New York City
Capable of distributing workflow through office personnel and step in when needed
Multi-tasking with phone calls from client, CHHA's, MLTC's and employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Home Care or Management experience required
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, HHA Exchange
Proficient in NYSDOH Home Health Care regulations and policies
