We seek a Business Development Manager who is be self-directed, motivated and believes in the value of working as a team within the market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm. Must also be available for after-hours events as well as weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with existing and new referral partners.
• Maintains positive relationships with existing clients.
• Must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.

We Are Negotiable Based On Credentials, Education And Experience

This role is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with physicians, employers, payers and case managers. This position is responsible for educating physicians, referral partners and clients about our services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall client volume. This position will also be responsible for community outreach programs.

What would we like to see from you?

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications
• 2 years of experience in Healthcare Sales or Business Development
