Responsibilities:

• Tagging service vehicles and parking the vehicles in the lot for service technicians
• Staging vehicles upon completion for customer delivery
• Keeping the service drive/service reception area clean
• Assisting in snow removal from the parking lot, entrances, and service vehicle
• Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of service loaner vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• No Experience Required!
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient with gmail/google docs and able to operate computer based systems. Experience with automotive DMS systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
