We are looking for Experienced Valet Parking Attendants/ Drivers that works or worked in NYC. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years experience doing so. Requirements
As a Dealership Valet Parking driver/ attendant, your primary responsibility is to assist and retrieving guest's vehicles. Also responsible for welcoming guests, give a fond farewell, assisting with guests luggage, providing directions and any other guest related assistance.
Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any security or safety problems.
Dealership Valet Parking Driver/attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
2. Acknowledge and greet guests within 25 to 30 seconds and provide professional, fast and friendly service.
3. Able to communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
4. Tag guest vehicles with date & time, VIN number, make/model, room number or contact number of the guest.
5. Able to effectively park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage to the vehicle.
6. Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
7. Give fond farewell to all guests who are departing as per dealership standard.
8. Ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
9. Responsible to maintain the security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the car and vehicle keys.
10. Responsible to follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
11. Responsible for opening and closing parking area or facility
12. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor or manager.
13. Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas.
14. Responsible to report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisors.
15. Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensure staff is informed.
