Summary
Under general supervision, performs crime prevention work in the parking areas of the Casino, Lodge and KOA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Patrols assigned areas in patrol vehicle or on foot enforcing casino policy and procedures and applicable state and federal laws and responds to request for assistance from the general public and casino employees.
• Use of two way radio communication devices.
• Responds to a variety of calls for public service, and employee assistance.
• Logs and prepares reports of all calls answered, investigations conducted, field contacts and unusual occurrences noted upon completion of each shift.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic as needed.
• Renders first aid and medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintains a professional, courteous manner at all times.

Qualifications:
• Basic oral and written communications skills required for report writing, verbal explanations of the incidents involving the officers assigned to this detail.
• Valid California Driver’s License, and clean driving record.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Must me 21 years of age or older.
Education and/or Experience
• Education Level – High School Diploma
Language Skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively.
Mathematical Skills
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
