Ellis Parking is seeking an Operations Manager to add to our leadership team.
We are currently looking for someone with leadership experience in a high volume setting. This is can be a challenging role with many responsibilities.
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team size of approximately 5 supervisors, 5 lead valets, and 30 valets.
What do we do? Park cars of course! We are the first and last point of service as patients and visitors are coming to and from the hospital. We greets cars, offer assistance with personal belongings, safely park customer vehicles and do our absolute best to make a positive impact on everyone we see.
Our Valet Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of valet operations. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
This location has thee entrances to the hospital that we provide valet service for. One entrance operates 24 hours, 7 days per week. The typical manager schedule is 7am-3pm Monday - Friday. However, the manager must be flexible to meet the needs of the operation.
