Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various lawn care techniques and the ability to operate power tools and equipment.

Duties:

· Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns

· Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

· Conduct landscape maintenance activities including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing

· Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health

Skills:

· Proven experience in lawn care and groundskeeping

· Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment related to lawn care

· Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Requirements:

· Able to excel in team environment as well as being self-directed when working alone

· Must be 21 years of age, clean driving record, current valid driver's license

· Ability to understand and carry out instructions

· Willing and able to operate a variety of tools, equipment and vehicles

· Ability to move quickly, bend and stoop

· Able to work in all types of weather conditions

· Ability to work some weekends if rained out during the week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
